I want to define a transaction for vse healthchecker CHKT (pgm=CHKTSEN).
How can I find that this program exists in which group and list to successfully define my transaction.
I also want to know the programming langaue whether it is in Cobol,Assembler,C,etc...

If you have access to it, CEDC is the transaction to look at Resource Definition Online (RDO) data. Not all sites permit programmers to use it, however. If you do not have access to it, you'll have to contact your site support group and get them to provide you the necessary information.
