how to send data to tso region from cics region

hi friends,
i have a question and it may be simple.I am beginer.so pls help me.

Is there any way to send data to tso region from a cics region without using tdqs

If you explain more clearly what you want to do, someone may have a suggestion. . .

Describe what process(es) are going on in both environments and what interaction is needed.
