When try to login into CICS it show an error?

When try to login into CICS it show an error?

Hi, When I try to login into CICS using the following
L APPLID=<APPLID>
It is throwing the following error "TCPB0030 UNABLE TO ESTABLISH SESSION - REQSESS FAILED WITH SENSE 08570002"
Can anyone help me what could have caused the error?

The SSCP-PLU session was inactive.
