CICS Abend - AAL8 and AELA

Can you please anyone explain me how to solve AAL8 and AELA and also please provide the reason for the abend?

For starters, refer to the 'User Response' for each abend....
AAL8 Explanation: DFHALP was processing a request that deadlocked. The most likely reason for the abend is that an ALLOCATE QUEUE request has been suspended because there are no contention-winning links available.
AELA Explanation: The executing function has been purged before control could be returned.
