for an example in an IBM Redbook (SG247126 - section 7.4.2) I couldn't found this files:

DFH0XS1.BMS
DFH0XS2.BMS
DFH0XCP1.CPY
DFH0XCP2.CPY
DFH0XCMN.CBL

Where can I find this files?

Right where the Redbook said it would be:
PDSLIB=//CICSTS31.CICS.SDFHSAMP

Try a 3.4 on **.CICS.SDFHSAMP or **.SDFH*......Might taks a bit of time.....
