while testing team use some txn, they got below issue, hot to fix it , i am waiting online, thanks

You can wait online for a response as long as you like - you will only get a response if someone knows the solution and is prepared to share it. Remember that replies are given by those who are interested, in their own time and for free. There is no one being paid to sit at a screen ready to leap into action as soon as a query hits the forum. You also have to allow time for the Earth to spin so that sunshine wakes up someone who may have an answer. In the meantime you can look up the message and try some things yourself.
