Can u please suggest me few companies who would be hiring Mainframe programmer's in chennai , Banglore or in India ?

Nope. Why not find some companies that use mainframes and ask them directly. A bit of initiative on your part will help in their eyes.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
