Job A is a request job which is scheduled to run on weekends in ESP Schedular .
Start time of job A is based on the completion of its predecessor job and if it does not complete before 4.55CST.
We manually terminate it at 4.55 CST because prod region go live on 5.30CST
Please let us know the possible solutions for it so that we don't require to manually terminate it in case it crosses 4.55CT.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

a moderator please lock/delete this topic ...
it is a dangerous clone of
http://ibmmainframes.com/about60465.html hint ...
schedule a job at 5.00 to issue an unconditional cancel , if the job to be canceled is not there nobody will care
cheers
enrico
When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
