CA1 - TMSCYCLE - Cycle control

Could some one tell me what is Cycle control and how TMSCYCLE utility works?

Try chapter 1.27 of the Utilities and Reports Reference Guide to be specific about TMSCYCLE.

Try chapter 8.7.2 of the Systems Programmers Guide to be specific about cycle control.
