Hello,
How can we determine the CA1 retention dataset name(RDS) on an lpar? Is there a utility to figure that out? Or from CA1 panel?
Thank you.

If you have access to the system data sets, find the CA-RIM being executed and identify the started task for CA-1. Locate that started task and the JCL should tell you everything you need to know about that copy of Ca-1.
If you do not have access to the system data sets, then you need to contact your site support group and have them tell you.
