Can anyone ,let me know the differnce between floor tape drive,floor tapes and native tapes and native drives?

Why not ask whoever told you these terms? If you provide model numbers, that will clear up the quesiton about what you mean.

I agree with Mr. Sample. These seem to be terms your shop had adopted, but I don't think they are sort of industry standard. I have guesses as to their meaning, as I suspect Mr. Sample does, but this is not something where our guesses would add anything useful, or reliable, to this discussion.
