Need Mainframe tutorials

Dear Friends,

A friend of mine wants to move to mainframes.He need mainframe tutorials as he am new to Mainframes.
Kindly share with me if anyone has mainframe materials.

since he is a beginner, he wants tutorials on TSO,JCL,CICS,DB2,IMS,VSAM,etc
