i dont know anything about vision plus. i know only that its used in banking domain and i thought i would go through the manual for self development.
there isnt any specicfic requirement.so anything will do if possible becuase i tried to search everywhere but i couldnt find anythng rearding vision plus.

You won't find anything. As far as I know any written documentation is either non-existent or is solely owned by those companies who use that suite of applications. You'll need to be working for one of them, most likely with someone who already supports it, before you'll ever get more details.
