Can someone recognize the device in the center of the room (behind the console typewriter)?

Certainly I can recognize the tapes, a 2540 reader/punch, a 1052 console typewriter, but that device in the center of the room... Maybe a paper tape reader/punch? Anyone old enough to remember?

edit: Probably Firefox as I see it in Edge.

Could be. I see it in both Edge and Internet Explorer.

I can see it with chrome and safari on high sierra

Palemoon is also OK.
