how configure Bulk Power Hubs(BPH) for J01-Lan1 and J02-Lan2

how configure Bulk Power Hubs(BPH) for J01-Lan1 and J02-Lan2 ?

In j02 i have ip: 192.168.4.21 and 192.168.4.26 (primary and secondary SE)

what ip adress necessary to prescribe write for j01?
in j01 j02 LP addresses must all be different or the same?
