This S0C4 was fixed for SELCOPY Release 2.00 by ptf (zap) reference: s200z12. Contact Compute (Bridgend) Ltd for latest maintenance.
Brief description:
ABEND 0C4 at offset 19966 in SELCOPY when an ELSEIF condition element (length X'60') is allocated at the end of a page and the next page is fetch protected.
This problem can only occur for large SELCOPY programs (more than about 500 statements) that use ELSEIF. Even then, it will only happen if we are unlucky in the placement of the ELSEIF condition element control block.
Same problem in previous release.
The latest release of SELCOPY for Mainframe systems is release 2.02 where this problem is fixed at source.
SELCOPY 2.00 is no longer maintained and so you should consider an upgrade to release 2.02 as soon as possible.
(Note that all upgrades to SELCOPY are free under the SELCOPY licence agreement.)
