Please help me out to prepare a program on assembler program accessing IMS DB database ?

I believe you need to google "ims application programming". In my case it was the first result returned.

Assuming that you are not the first person in your organisation do do this sort of thing there should be JCL around. Seek. one place to start, apart from your boss, is your sysprogs.
