Ping PC host from z/OS

hi,guys.
i was setting up tcp/ip on zos.
now , i can ping zos from my pc successfuly ,but can't ping my pc on zos.
and the HOEMTEST　passed sucessfuly.
have you meet this before?
how to solve it? :idea:
