what to learn..?

hi every one..

Iam a beginner to mainframe domain.
i have finished my mainframe admin course. now got placed in operator level.
now iam waiting for ma project assignments . i tink it'l take one more month.
in the mean time.. what are the else i should learn or refer..!?
in what way i can spend my time bit usefull..?
can yo guide me...?

As you are currently working with the organization you will be part of for some amount of time (possibly years), suggest you talk with others and learn what is most valuable in that environment. Invest your learning time in things that are widely used there.
